Mike Stevens, President

Mike has over 25 years of experience owning, operating and managing businesses across a wide range of industries including forging and casting, metal stamping and fabrication, as well as wireless transmission, infrastructure and services. He was previously President of Waltec Components and President of S.W. Fleming.

John Stevens, Executive Vice-President

John is an Ontario-qualified lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He practised with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt for 18 years where he was a partner and, from 1994 to 2000, the Managing Partner of its New York office. John has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, debt financings, restructurings, and corporate governance.

Bill Smith, Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary

Bill is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience, working with both large and small public and private companies. He has held executive positions with Cott Corporation, Molson Breweries and Apple Computer. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, treasury, debt and equity financings, international tax, restructuring, financial accounting, regulatory filings, investor relations and corporate communications.
